First Session Young Adult Assembly

We'll be having a special Easter Sunday Assembly for breakfast and to hear great stories of adventure and faith. Come to listen to Stella, Denise, Aaron & Jennifer, as they live and serve in distant lands, and Tommy, as he returns to a familiar place and finds renewed faith in God. (All so awesome they only go by their first names!) Breakfast will be delicious and we start promptly at 9:00am. (As with other holidays, it's recommended to arrive earlier for parking.)
English Worship | The Good News of a Risen Lord!

Bring a friend or relative to Easter Worship. The morning will include an uplifting worship and a message of hope and promise found in our resurrected Lord, Jesus Christ—a message all must hear!

Communion Small Groups
The winter session of Communion Small Groups is coming to an end with one week remaining. We've been studying through Galatians. But fear not! The Spring session is around the corner, and will launch in a few weeks. Stay tuned.
Community Fair
Sat, June 13, 1-5pm | Church campus
"CommFair" is a church-wide event where we open the church to host game and food booths, and invite the community. You can contribute in several ways: host a booth with your small group or the fellowship group you serve in, help with planning, or utilize your skills of administration or logistics. For submitting a booth, details to apply are forthcoming. To help with admin, logistics, and planning, contact John Chow.
3-on-3 Basketball Tournament
Sat, June 20 | FCBC + Alpine Rec
This annual basketball tournament to benefit the Chinatown community returns. Rollout to be involved is approaching. Start gathering your friends and family to submit a team. Be on the lookout for more details to come.

Calling to Ministry or Mission
Sun, Mar 15, 1-3pm | Life Center 201.
The English-speaking ministers are hosting a Q&A panel for those who are being led into ministry, para-church ministry, mission, or those who may have questions about these as a vocation. We each have personal experiences, and we received our calls at different stages of life. We want to encourage you, help with anyone with uncertainty, and pray for you. You don't have to be called to attend.
Happy Birthday, FCBC-LA!

To celebrate our 63rd anniversary, cake will be served between 1st and 2nd sessions in the Worship Ctr courtyard. Thanks for being the church!
LA Marathon: Stadium to the Sea

The LA Marathon begins at Dodger Stadium and goes through Chinatown. Please be aware of street and freeway ramp closures while preparing your trek to church on Sunday. (Don't avoid church because of this. There's God to worship, beautiful people to see, and cake to eat.) For those who are running, have a great run!
Welcome Back, Keenan and Austin!
Both these fellas joined the India mission team for its recent trip. Many people made decisions for Christ, and there occurred lots of building-up of the local churches. Let's gather as young adults to pray. When we pray we align ourselves with the heart and will of God. Commit this one day of the month to pray with the body of Christ and other young adults. Members of the March Amor team will be present to receive prayer and to be sent off for their weekend trip.
